This is the perfect raspberry sauce. It is thicker than, say a Hershey chocolate sauce but not a full on jam/preserve consistency. It tastes like real raspberries, not too tart, not too sweet and it is great for using on plates or as a drizzle on top of cakes, cupcakes etc. A bottle will last quite awhile as well.
