I bought 6 Monin flavors for a Bar Mitzvah (Organic Raspberry, Blue Curacao, Cherry, Lemon, Watermelon, and Pomegranate). I used the Raspberry and the Pomegranate for adult drinks (special concoctions with vodka and fresh cranberries, Cointreau, lemons/limes—lots of testing to make this work, and then the bartender did her thing to make it perfect). We made pitchers in advance but folks could pick and choose from the ingredients to create to their own preferences. Most stuck with the Signature Cocktail. I set up the rest of the Monin flavors at the kids' "bar," manned by one of the catering crew. The idea of a bunch of 10-14 year-olds pumping their own flavors made me nervous. I worked for a restaurant years ago that used Monin in all of their mixed drinks. Because of Monin, their coffees were really popular, especially around the time of the holiday season. If you're interested in serving flavored coffees, I really think Monin is the way to go!

We love this organic vanilla flavoring syrup! We also use the caramel. Both amazing! We use it mostly in our iced coffee and cold brew drinks. We love that it is organic and has only four ingredients and no artificial ingredients or preservatives. Tastes way better than the unnatural stuff!

This vanilla flavoring is a perfect thing for all sorts of drinks. We like that it goes for london fogs, but that it's also not too sweet.

The most awful tasting Hazelnut flavoring we've used. This leaved a bitter aftertaste to coffee. It almost taste burnt. I don't recommend the organic version of this product. We switched to just the regular Hazelnut and it's like night and day in taste.

I sweeten everything with Monin Agave nectar flavoring syrup. I use to use the cane sugar but I really like the unique flavor of the agave.

I had bought this as a gift for a family member who had the intention of making homemade Italian sodas and flavoring coffee. She loves that it is organic and made my Monin.

This tastes more like a smore then it does chocolate. It is perfect for iced coffees and lattes and brings a nice chocolaty flavor. It is not to be confused with the sauce as it is not that "chocolate bar" type flavor like the sauce is.
