I can't imagine having a kitchen or bar without roses lime juice. 2 years ago there was a lime shortage which caused limes to be extremely expensive. It took another year for those shortages to show up in the lime juice market. Every distributor I know ran out of roses sweetened condensed lime juice. I spent hundreds of dollars buying every brand of lime juice I could find. I still have several cases of random brands of lime juice sitting in the back of my kitchen. I was disappointed with every single one of them. There is no suitable substitute.
