This was an easy mix however it just did not taste good. There is a huge imitation flavor plasticish vanilla scent and it was a big turn off to many that we served. Pancakes were fluffy but just not tolerable taste wise. I would not recommend this to someone used to home made pancakes or pancake mix from the stores.

I bought this for my family go 8. The bags may have changed, but back when I ordered, there were only instructions for the entire bag. I guessed as to ratios for smaller and it turned out ok. If it had smaller sizes as well, would be 5 star

This pancake and waffle mix is okay. I am not big on using premade pancake mix since batter is so simple to whip up generally but this is nice to have on hand for a quick pancake. Gave it 4 stars because it does not compare to pancakes from scratch but for a mix I cant complain

I will say that when I opened my box, I was slighltly disappointed that the bag this product came in had ripped open. Thankfully the box was packed tight and I did not lose much mix. Great tasty product also great for fried oreo breading!

This mix makes really nice, fluffy waffles that make our small cafe smell amazing! The only problem we found was that the directions only show how to make the entire 5LB bag at once, rather than single servings (which is what we do since we are a small cafe). It took quite a few tries before we found out a good water to mix ratio, and even then.. I'd like to know what the company would recommend for just a single waffle! Otherwise, great product for a good price.

This is one of the best pancake mixes I have used! We use it in the restaurant for pancakes only and it creates light, fluffy, not to sweet but not floury, pancakes. Absolutely delicious, and a favourite of many locals!

I really did not like this pancake mix at all. Even after adding buttermilk, butter, and brown sugar, it was rubbery and flavorless. I am not sure what additional modifications could be made to make it better, if any.
