With the ability to produce up to 221 oz. of popcorn an hour, this heavy-duty machine is perfect for catering companies, hotels, convenience stores, and movie theaters.

A built-in, 50 watt warming deck heats the popcorn from the bottom up, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the cabinet. A 50 watt R20 lamp lights the cabinet interior while also helping highlight the popcorn, which, when combined with the bright red top panel, increases impulse sales.

A high output, hard-coat anodized aluminum kettle provides optimum performance for your busy establishment. Because aluminum has the highest heat transfer rate of any approved cooking material, you can quickly produce heaping piles of delicious, hot popcorn. The side-hinged kettle facilitates routine cleaning because all parts of the unit are easily accessible, so you can wipe off most of the baked-on carbon that occurs with oil based appliances. With less carbon build-up, your machine will heat faster and work more efficiently.

Aluminum extruded side posts ensure that the unit is built to withstand tough, constant use. The tempered glass side panels are designed for safe and simple cleaning. Plus, all the metal on the cabinet is finished with powder-coated red paint that resists chipping and scuffing. The stainless steel bottom tray, drop door, and old-maid drawer are all removable for quick cleaning, and can even be put in the dishwasher to further expedite the process!
