The Vollrath 72050 Cayenne Heat 'n Server countertop food rethermalizer can accommodate (4) 1/3 size food pans up to 6" deep (sold separately). Its capillary tube thermostat gives you precise control over the rethermalizer's temperature, while a thermoset, self-insulating well ensures quick and consistent heat transfer to your food.
The rethermalizer's dual 800W elements have a non-stick surface to prevent scale build-up and reduce cleaning time. The Vollrath 72050 Cayenne Heat 'n Serve food rethermalizer has a 120V, 13.3 amp, 1600W electrical rating.

Rethermalizer??? Say what? Yep that’s what you need if your current steam table keeps failing the board of health temperature requirements. For roughly 13 years I accepted steam tables for what they were: lousy. I finally got fed up and did lots of research and discovered this product. Zero regrets. It works flawlessly and maintains temperature without burning my marinara or meatballs. Great product that’s worth the $$.

Wow. I am so glad I bought this bad boy. It holds 4 1/3 size pans. It gets my soups up to 180 in about 30 minutes from frozen. It has a low water indicator. You don't lose a lot of steam when all four pans are in. Hope this helps

This Vollrath counter top steam table is great! Heats up quickly, holds temperature well, and being able to hold an third size pan is great!

I had been using the cheapest models available for awhile, after my 3rd well had broken I decided to pay more in hopes of better results. This well is much stronger, it can actually heat food to serving temp in a few hours if you have time. The main benefit I've seen over the cheaper brands is this well doesn't need anywhere close to as many refills because it seals the heat in better and heats the water more evenly, which really extends the life.

We love this heat n serve! So easy to operate. Keeps our food up to temp. Easy cleaning too. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
This is perfect for reheating food and keeping it warm. I bought 4 of the Choice 1/3 Size Standard Weight Anti-Jam Stainless Steel Steam Table / Hotel Pan - 6" Deep to fit inside and they fit perfectly.
Love it. Very nicely made only problem is the cord doesnt come out the side its underneath, so you have to make sure you put a knife under it or anything. Lasts way longer than the cheap stainless steel ones.
This product has a large range of temperatures so you can cook and hold, as well. We decided on this item over the one with a drain due to the lower profile. This does require more effort during cleaning so if you have the space get the one with a drain as it can be heavy when full of water.
really like this warmer and it doesnt take up as much room as you would think. it can hold up to 4 different types of products.
