Since I bought it, almost one year now I was never able to get it connected not through Wi-Fi or ethernet. When I bought it, I thought it’s going to be easy as described connect to the phone or at least a computer to program items . This machine is horrible and there’s no software or a website to go to.

Since the day I got the scale it has been nothing but hell. Could not find the proper software to program the scale. After i got the scale the software it was in Spanish had to call customer service several times to get in English. Once I got the software working started loading products the scale would not work with the software and the scale kept freezing. Returned it to Torrey for it to be fixed but when it came back still kept freezing. Had to return it. Worst scale ever! Would give it a zero star.

I like the looks of the scale but I can not get the IOS or the PC software for programing it to download properly! The thought of having to do all the programming on the scale keypad is enough to make me send it back. If I can get the software to work then i would give it a better rating...

I bought 4 years ago a the torrey scale model LSQ 40L (this model has been discontinued) Today I need to get service but Torrey dont have customer service in Florida. I call them and recomendation was buy a new scale. Very dissappointed.
