The APW Wyott EF-30iNT countertop fryer features dual, 15 lb. fry pots, giving you the ability to cook two different products in the same fryer without flavor contamination. Each 15 lb. fryer is independently controlled by its own adjustable thermostat, allowing you to cook products at different temperatures. The thermostats have a temperature range of 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

The fryer's coils reach your ideal frying temperature fast and recover quickly between batches. An indicator light lets the operator know when the fryer is ready for the next batch of French fries, onion rings, fish fillet, or any other fried treat.

Made of durable stainless steel, the exterior of the fryer wipes clean and its stainless steel lift-out tanks allow for easy cleaning. Heavy duty 4" legs, metal knobs, and a stainless steel control panel add durability and functionality. This unit comes with two full size nickel-plated baskets and has a 208/240V, 11.4KW, 1 phase electrical rating.

    I surprised when I saw this product, very dirty in welding part and even some undercut in body , looks not good and I’m upset when I saw that , wire not included
