Amazingly decadent, this bear claw danish is notched down one side and ready for proofing. Prior to proofing, thaw the product at room temperature for approximately an hour or overnight in a refrigerator. Once it's thawed, proof the dough at 85 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 60 minutes. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes after preheating the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 340 degrees Fahrenheit if using a convection oven. When baked, top or garnish the danishes, and display or serve.
