How to Cook Duck Legs

Use these simple steps to prepare and bake delicious, tender duck legs. First, thaw the duck legs and remove them from their package. Use a paper towel to pat them dry on both sides. Then, season them to your preference! Salt, pepper, dry seasonings and rubs, and marinades are all great choices.

Place the duck legs skin-side up in a pan, and proceed to bake them in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 90 minutes. The duck legs are fully cooked when their internal temperature has reached 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Plate and serve immediately with the sides of your choice!
