- In order to control the amount of time in transit for these perishable items, they are only shipped on select days of the week. Checking out with Ground Shipping will result in your product being shipped on the following schedule:
Orders placed before 1 pm EST Monday through Wednesday will be processed that day and delivered two business days later.
Orders placed after 1 pm EST Monday and Tuesday will be processed the following day and will be delivered two business days after that (three days after the order is placed).
Orders placed Wednesday after 1 pm EST through Sunday will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.

Resembling mini lobsters, crawfish are crustaceans that have a firm texture and a sweet flavor similar to that of a lobster. They are a tasty and versatile seafood that can be used in a variety of dishes. This 12 lb. case contains approximately 160 crawfish.
Once cooked and seasoned to perfection, these crawfish are flash frozen to preserve their taste and texture. This saves you time and energy and ensures that you'll always have a consistent and delicious product for your customers to eat. There are a number of ways to cook and serve these crawfish. You can steam, boil, or bake them. To boil crawfish, first let them thaw. Add them to a pot of boiling water with crawfish boil or seasonings of your choice. Stir them well and cover the pot. Return it to a boil and leave the crawfish boil for about 5-10 minutes. Stir again, turn off the heat, and let the crawfish soak in the water and seasoning for an additional 10-15 minutes. Drain the crawfish and let them dry.
The sweet and light flavor of crawfish pairs exceptionally well with spicy Cajun and Scandinavian dill seasonings. Crawfish are great for serving traditional Creole dishes. The tail meat does well in jambalaya, bisque, or etoufee.
