The Jackson AJ-64 dual tank high temperature conveyor dishmachine can clean up to 287 racks per hour! With 25" of clearance, it's able to accommodate oversized sheet pans, mixing bowls, and other large kitchen items. The 15 kW wash tank heater helps maintain proper water temperatures, and the incoming water pressure regulator maintains water pressure. Completely electromechanical, this self-draining unit uses no solid state controls. While cleaning many racks per hour, this dishmachine only uses 0.77 gallons of water per rack.

This conveyor dish machine features manifold-style wash arms that are easy to remove and provide superior wash action. Its exclusive "Energy Guard" system saves water and energy. The wash and power rinse sections are automatically activated by racks as they pass through, reducing wasted water and electricity. Other useful features include easy-to-use electromechanical controls, adjustable conveyor speed that moves left to right, durable stainless steel scrap baskets and wash and recirculating rinse pumps, and fully automatic operation, including auto-fill. It requires a 230V, 3 phase electrical connection.
