Add a delicious fish sandwich to your menu with High Liner Foods 4 oz. wild caught breaded haddock fish rectangles. Pre-breaded and ready to fry, these fish pieces have a crisp, golden brown exterior once they are cooked. With a satisfying crunch in every bite, your customers will love the moist, flakey haddock. Layer a kaiser roll with tangy tartar sauce, a freshly fried piece of haddock, crisp lettuce, and juicy tomatoes for an appetizing, filling lunch entree. You can serve this fish with a side of french fries or coleslaw for a complete meal that will leave your guests coming back for more.
A great alternative to hamburgers or chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches help expand your menu offerings. Easy to prepare, this fish arrives frozen and ready to fry. Start by preheating your fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry the fish for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, and be sure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure proper food safety.
These fish rectangles are preserved through the IQF, individual quick freezing process. This process takes only a few minutes to freeze the food, and this short freeze time prevents ice crystals from forming and watering down your product and also helps the food keep its shape, color, and texture for much longer than typical freezing. It also makes the fish easier to work with since they're in individual pieces rather than a frozen block.

People Talk About:fish Icelandic move longer haddock grew google glad definitely dad's
I grew up with Icelandic fish, my dad's uncle worked for the company and we were always stocked with fish. When I move from PA to KY, I could no longer get it. It is not sold here. I am so glad I came across WebstaurantStore during a google search for Icelandic haddock. I most definitely will be ordering again in the future.
