I bought these to make white chocolate ganache, and they are the worst. i wouldn't recommend it for that type of thing. it may be great for cookies or something else, i just couldn't get it to melt properly no matter what I did and I've done this for a long time. they also taste funny. 2 stars because it was packaged amazing and the shipping was fast.

The last box we received was not in good shape had to do a return on it, but this the first time we had a problem like this. They didn’t put enough ice packs in the box to keep them cool. I will still keep buying them from you all because it is the best value and you all always make right you shipped me a new box immediately
