How do the Hatco Drop in Wells perform for your customers? "Hatco drop-in wells, in a word, perform great for us. Other Hatco parts that we use include heated shelves, overhead heat, soup wells, and heated and pull-out drawers." Why do you choose Hatco? "We specify Hatco products for a couple of reasons, but the primary one is they work well, and they work consistently well. So, our engineers have a great deal of confidence in the way that they engineer Hatco products into our products and that the customer is going to be delighted with the results. They communicate great, they get us what we need, their lead times are wonderful." What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word "Hatco"? "When someone says Hatco, the first thing that comes to mind is 'hot'. But the next thing that comes to mind is 'exciting'. And the reason I say that is our engineers like working with Hatco. We had the introduction of a new product last week... our engineers were excited about it. They didn't say, 'yeah, get it to me whenever you can. We'll test it.' They said, 'Really? When can I get it here? I really want to test that.'" What would it take for you to name your dog or cat "Hatco"? "To name my cat or dog 'Hatco' would require a check in the mail, I think." What do you expect from your food service equipment manufacturers? "I expect three things from our food service equipment manufacturers. First, I expect flawless product; second, I expect it to be delivered on time, every time; and third, I expect to do business with a company that's easy to do business with. And Hatco hits all three of those."
