If you,want real chocolate, whether for nibbling, cooking, baking or candy making-this is it. Not too dark but more full bodied than most milk chocolates. This is a real steal for such high quality, smooth and slow melting candy. I will always buy this for all my ,ilk chocolate needs. It's a winner.

Yummy creamy sweet milk chocolate. Melts like a dream and hardens up well again too. I like wafers because you don't have to cut up as much chocolate (or any, depending on what you're doing) saving you time and effort.

Ghirardeli is the best hands down when it comes to taste for melting chocolate but if using for something that has to have the chocolate set it doesn't seem to set very well

I don't quite know the difference between a "Stanford" milk chocoalte and any other, butit works as intended. It melts well, makes a great ganache for cakes, and tastes great.

This chocolate had a great taste! It arrived in a simple plastic bag but none was melted. The only drawback is it to longer than cheaper chocolate to cool in the molds.

Another great Ghirardelli product! I use the chocolate wafers for drizzling and covering cookies. It is pretty easy to work with and melts well. I had a few issues with getting the chocolate to harden and set, but the chocolate itself is delicious.
