The Frymaster RE17-SC 50 lb. high efficiency electric floor fryer boasts 17 KW of power that makes it capable of frying up to 70 lb. of fries per hour! Its high quality self-standing, swing-up elements and solid state controls guarantee efficient and even heating for consistent results.

A center-mounted thermostat allows the heavy duty Frymaster RE17-SC 50 lb. electric floor fryer to quickly anticipate and adapt to temperature change resulting from inserting cold food into the pot. Its 1 degree Fahrenheit anticipating action minimizes temperature overshoot to deliver uniform frying results and maximize the life of your oil.

This floor fryer boasts a large, deep cold zone and a forward sloping bottom that maintains the quality of your oil by collecting and removing sediment from the frypot. Its rear flush feature pushes the sediment to a 1 1/4" IPS-ball type drain valve for quick and efficient cleanup. It requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection.
