Meet your pizza production demands while still benefiting from space and energy saving design with the Doyon FPR3 countertop electric pizza deck oven! The rotating speed cook oven features perforated nickel-plated decks that are designed for fast heat accumulation, as well as even heat distribution across the decks to create nice, even crusts. In addition, the decks can be removed for cleaning and will easily stand up to washing in a three compartment sink.
The oven operates at up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and the full view glass door opening allows you to watch over your pizzas throughout the entire baking process without letting heat escape. This unit provides even baking in 25-35% less time, which also leads to a 35-65% reduction in energy costs. With the ability to bake both a wide variety or pizzas or other various baked goods, this versatile unit is sure to serve as a welcome addition within your kitchen.
