Increase your output efficiency and quality with the Cres Cor 1000CHSKSPLITSTKDX stainless steel smoker cook and hold oven! This unit will reduce shrinkage by 15-20% due to its slow cooking at up to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, which also improves the taste and overall quality of your food. This model is also capable of cold smoking fish, cheese, chocolate, or other foods through use of a Kold Keeper (sold separately). Designed to accommodate up to 240 lb. of meat, this cook and hold oven will save you time and precious kitchen space.

This oven comes as two separate ovens with a stacking kit, so each oven compartment has its own control module and power cord! Customize and monitor the progress of your meats and meals with the easy-to-read and easy-to-use solid state electronic controls. Since this unit comes with the deluxe control package, it has an LED digital display, thermometer, 18 programmable menus, and a 3" food probe for each compartment which allows more accurate cooking.

The cabinet features 3 stainless steel wire grids in each compartment and removable stainless steel pan slides on 3" centers that can hold up to a total of 16 full size sheet pans. The oven compartment interiors are stainless steel and fortified with interior stainless steel frames, and feature coved corners to prevent food particle build-up. An included drip pan ensures that saucy and juicy meals won't make a mess, meaning that you can prevent slipping hazards to keep your employees safe.

The body is made of a sleek stainless steel and is fully insulated. For your convenience, the doors come outfitted with silicone gaskets for a tight seal and high temperature, ceramic, magnetic latches that are easy to open but provide a secure closure. Plus, the latches are antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs.

This cook and hold oven comes with 4 heavy-duty 5" casters to enable mobility and field reversible doors for versatility. For ease of installation, each oven in this double stacked configuration includes a voltage selector switch and can operate on either a 208V or 240V, 1 phase electrical connection.
