    The pumps were too tall for the shaved ice syrups I purchased from this same store. We ended up having to cut some of them, then when we removed them, they fell INTO the syrup, and now we can't quite get them out. We were not happy with this product and that it was sold as a suggestion on this website to get this specific product for the shaved ice syrup.

    The dip tubes are too large in diameter and do not stay attached to pump when in use, like AT ALL. I am leaving my event tomorrow to go to town and replace them. The pumps were a nice idea, but just turned out to be a waste of money and time, which equates to more money. Disappointed. 100% do not recommend.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. TUBES ON BOTTOM OF PUMPS CAN BE CUT TO LENGTH NEEDED HOWEVER DOES NOT FIT ON BOTTOM OF PUMP MECHANISIM. TUBE JUST FALLS OFF.

    Do not buy these pumps! The tube does not stay on, it is too large in diameter for the pump itself, causing it to fall off all the time. Impossible to use!
