With a front loading design, this carrier offers a variety of carrying options, holding up to 1 full-size 6" deep food pan, three 2 1/2" deep pans, or one 4" and two 2 1/2" deep pans.
Extended Cold Holding
The insulation quality of this carrier is ideal for transporting your food for extended periods of time. It will hold cold food below 41 degrees Fahrenheit or hot food above 135 degrees Fahrenheit for up to four hours at a time! When frozen, the (2) 64 oz. foam brick cold packs will extend the basic 4 hour cold temperature holding time, while utilizing unoccupied space. Freeze and slide them into the top-shelf position to allow the cold air to sink.
