WebstaurantStore, the world’s largest online restaurant supply company, is hiring a full-time CRO Analyst to join our team. You’ll work with various teams to analyze the user experience to improve onsite conversion rates. This role is meant for a curious and customer-centric individual who can support the team and help grow our business.
The CRO Analyst’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitor tests during the testing period to ensure data is being accurately collected
Analyze test data in Google Optimize 360 & Google Analytics
Use quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to recommend onsite changes based on data
Identify and measure metrics and KPIs for each test
Communicate & write analyses on test results to share with outside stakeholders and teammates
Peer review A/B tests for teammates to ensure tests are set up accurately & error-free
Identify opportunities for UX optimizations and A/B tests
Work closely with stakeholders and other departments (Design, PPC, Dev, etc.) to thoroughly vet and implement tests
Collaborate with teammates in monthly brainstorming / grooming meetings to identify potential A/B tests
The candidate must possess the following qualities:
A strong work ethic. The CRO Analyst is expected to complete daily and weekly tasks independently, while also setting their own goals and seeking opportunities to test features across the massive e-commerce site.
Creative and critical thinking. We need a curious individual who loves to dive in, experiment, and find the best solutions. This individual needs to be able to think creatively about A/B testing & SEO but also have an ability to translate that into actionable strategies.
Ability to follow direction. This role requires working with colleagues and senior team members. The candidate should be able to take direction, complete assigned tasks in an efficient manner, and work closely with their supervisor.
Strong communication skills. This role requires the ability to share ideas and speak to non-experts about what we do. The ideal candidate is well-spoken and able to talk confidently about test results.
Desire to learn. Success in A/B testing relies on not only on analysis, but also the ability to test hypotheses, draw connections, visualize data, and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
