Job Summary

The Reverse Logistics department is seeking a dedicated CDL Class A Driver to join our rapidly growing team. We prioritize safety and reliability, offering a full-time position with opportunities for overtime. This role involves dedicated routes within a 100-mile radius, ensuring consistent hours and the convenience of being home every day. 

We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

  • Properly inspect box truck for any damage or unsafe operating conditions before use 
  • Conduct daily maintenance inspection and update log book 
  • Transport box truck to designated WebstaurantStore locations and third-party avenues. 
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and procedures. 
  • Maintain accurate driver logs in compliance with state and federal regulations. 
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the managers.? 

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Two years of relevant Class A driving experience preferred 
  • Experience working in a distribution environment preferred
  • Route Planning & Navigation (including GPS and ELD systems)
  • Reverse Logistics or Returns Handling

Education

This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.

Desired Traits & Skills

  • Ideally possess a valid CDL Class A license and maintain a safe driving record. 
  • Have a minimum of two years of CDL Class A driving experience. 
  • CDL HAZMAT Endorsement preferred but not required. 
  • Effective communication with distribution center managers and delivery location staff. 
  • Willingness to drive-in all-weather conditions. 
  • Responsible for scheduling maintenance and maintaining all current DMV information.
