1st Shift Returns Coordinator ($15.25-$19.25 p/hr)

We are looking for reliable, skilled applicants with a focus on teamwork and safety to join our rapidly growing company as a material handler.  

Basic Overview:  Efficiently process returned product/equipment and professionally correspond with manufacturers regarding defective items

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive product back from carriers that has either been returned by a customer, or by the carrier themselves

• Investigate the reason as to why the product was returned to us

• Create and monitor Return Authorizations in order to compile all of the necessary information needed to complete the return

• Work with customer service in order to determine if the customer would like a reship or credit for returned items

• Take pictures of scratch and dent merchandise in order to be sold through other outlets (scratch and dent, ebay etc.)

• Keep inventory of scratch and dent merchandise so that it can easily be found for shipping purposes

• Make minor repairs to product that can be resold

• Meet and exceed accuracy and productivity metrics

• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure a safe work environment

• Abide by all forklift safety training (must go through our training and certification)

• Report any forklift issues to ensure they are properly fixed by a trained technician

• Communicate any issues and report any accidents to the supervisor immediately

• Keep work zone clean and orderly and help maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Perform other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the shift manager

Position Hours:  

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Compensation:

• 1st Shift - starting at $15.25 p/hr. Potential up to a $0.75 cent raise every 6 months, dependent on performance

Skills/Abilities:

• Is computer literate

• Has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs

• Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs

• Must be able to constantly bend, reach, stand, squat, lift and twist throughout entire shift
