I am currently working on my Masters of Science through Wilmington University's online program and started working for WebstaurantStore two years ago as a Quality Assurance Engineer. I truly enjoy my career at WebstaurantStore because I am able to collaborate with software developers, managers, and other quality assurance engineers to solve problems. After starting here, I quickly learned there is abundant opportunity, and through hard work I was promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.
WebstaurantStore is a great place to work because the managers are supportive and encourage employees to become their best. I enjoy the collaborative work environment and the opportunity to learn and grow in my position. I am fortunate to work for such a great company!
I began working at WebstaurantStore in 2018 as a Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist. I immediately fell in love with this amazing forward-thinking company with quality employees! As part of the Customer Solutions team, I enjoy helping our customers by first understanding their challenges, which then allows me to solve their problem.
Being a fast-paced and tech-focused company, I've been able to apply my knowledge from Wilmington University by updating our tools and resources with new processes and updates.
I am beyond grateful for WebstaurantStore, where ideas are made into a reality! Since day one I've always been encouraged and supported to reach my highest potential. Every day there's something exciting happening, from product trainings to celebrating birthdays and having dogs in the office!
