As part of the Cambro Camshelving® Elements modular shelving system, this Cambro EMU244878DRPKG drying rack cart will help you stay organized as you conveniently store trays, cutting boards, baking sheet pans, plates, and more during the drying process! This drying rack cart combines the strength and corrosion resistance of all Elements shelving units with the convenience of easy drying.

Not only does this drying rack cart offer an efficient way to organize your drying area, it also promotes sanitation by allowing for sufficient air circulation to eliminate moisture. This mobile unit includes 4 swivel casters with brakes and can be easily moved so that the spaces around it can be cleaned. It's great for transporting items as well! This unit includes drying racks for three levels, six mobile shelf traverses, two mobile post kits, and 4 premium casters.

Elements shelves are adjustable in 4" increments even after installation, eliminating the need to disassemble the entire unit to move a shelf up or down. The composite material of the product is just as strong as steel, though 60% lighter, and may be used in any environment whether the climate is wet or dry. Also, it can withstand temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.

Additionally, this item is resistant to corrosion and rust while its surface is impervious to chemicals and moisture, making it ideal for coastal conditions. Each drying shelf plate features an easy-to-clean, non-porous surface that can be washed in the dishwasher for efficient sanitation.
