Preparing delicious brownies with this gluten-free mix couldn't be more simple! Begin by preheating your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and greasing a 9" x 9" baking pan. Pour 595 grams of brownie mix into a bowl and add 3 eggs and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Mix this blend well, then pour into your greased pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake the brownies for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the pan comes out clean. You can also try mixing in some tasty additions to your brownies such as peanut butter, chocolate chips, peppermint extract, cinnamon, coconut flakes, pecans, walnuts, dried cherries, marshmallows, espresso powder, or any other ingredients you desire! Though the mix itself is vegan, the standard preparation for it includes animal-based proteins, and is therefore not vegan. If you want to prepare vegan, gluten-free brownies, you can replace the eggs and butter called for in this recipe with plant-based, gluten-free butter and egg substitutes!
