Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Blodgett BRE-3-3 NAT Details

Build your ideal kitchen by adding this Blodgett BRE-3-3 natural gas 6 burner 36" step-up gas range with a cabinet base to your cooking lineup! This heavy-duty, versatile piece of cooking equipment is perfect for those tight spaces where you need one piece of equipment to do multiple tasks. Since this unit features 6 open top burners in a step-up configuration and a cabinet base, you can fry and simmer on top while eliminating wasted space by storing all of your most frequently used cooking utensils in the base.

Each open top burner has an output of 20,000 BTU. With easy-to-clean cast iron open burners, maintenance of the range top is simple. Plus, the 12" x 12" lift-off steel grates allow access to the burners while supporting your largest stock pots and frying pans.

The burners are configured in a two-tier step-up design with three burners in the front and three in the back. This step-up model raises the rear burners by 4", making it easier to utilize both front and rear burners at the same time. The raised rear burners allow you to reach them more easily without dragging your sleeves through food cooking on the front burners.

Made of 14 gauge stainless steel, this range comes equipped with a 5" stainless steel stub back, a 4" front plate shelf, and a solid removable kick plate. In addition, 6" legs provide the necessary clearance beneath the base for cleaning and maintenance. The overall output of this range is 120,000 BTU and a 3/4" gas regulator is included for convenient installation.
