Absolute garbage. My first cheese melter lasted 3 weeks, I had to call customer service and they sent out a new one. The new one lasted 3 weeks as well. The equipment isn't faulty, it's just complete garbage. Would not recommend to anyone and this product should be taken down as it obviously doesn't work. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
