APW Wyott SM-50-EZ-11D Details
Serve all your signature soups, stews, and sauces at just the right temperature with the APW Wyott SM-50-EZ-11D EZ-Fill round drop in soup well with drain! Ideal for buffet-style setups, this soup well holds one standard 11 qt. inset at safe temperatures, and features a unique EZ-Fill system to automatically maintain the correct water level in the well.
For even heating, this soup well boasts a circular calrod heating element on the bottom, and it comes with remote thermostatic controls for easy temperature adjustment and precision temperature holding. A durable stainless steel well frame and aluminized outer housing ensure long product life. Additionally, its EZ Lock system makes it easy to install right into your countertop. To remove condensation and extra water after use, this unit comes with a 1/2" NPT drain in the bottom of the well.
