The APW Wyott HFW-12 1/2 size one pan drop in hot food well is the perfect way to keep all of your signature menu items piping hot and ready to serve at your buffet line! This food well holds one 12" x 10" steam table pan full of delicious pasta, steamed vegetables, or succulent meats at safe temperatures.
To ensure even heating, this unit comes with a powerful tubular heating element, while a remote thermostatic control allows precise temperature adjustment. A durable stainless steel well frame and aluminized outer housing ensure long product life, and it is fully insulated for excellent performance. Additionally, its EZ Lock system makes it easy to install right into your countertop.
