The well conveniently holds one full size food pan at a time, while its deep drawn stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability. For fast and easy adjustments, this food well comes with separate thermostatic controls that can be mounted up to 26" away from the well. A pilot light indicates when the unit is active and hot, while a 1/2" NPT drain siphons away runoff, grease, and other fluids during use. The insulated body helps prevent heat loss, and thanks to its easy-access frame, you can quickly perform maintenance on the heating elements as needed.
