Paring Knives

Paring Knives

Perform all of your peeling, slicing, dicing, and other precision tasks with these commercial grade paring knives. They may be the smallest blades in a chef's arsenal, but they're also a vital part of the prep work done in any professional kitchen. We offer all sorts of different edge styles, blade types, and handle materials so you can find the right paring knives for your business. First, decide what kind of edge you want. A smooth edge is perfect for creating even slices of fruits and vegetables, while a serrated edge will make it easier to cut through tougher skin and rind. Next, consider your daily cutting tasks to determine which blade type is best for you. Curved models like bird's beak and spear point blades are great for peeling, while sheep's foot and straight blades are better suited for chopping. You can also pick out your optimal grip by checking out our selection of handles. Whether you need the reliable value of polypropylene, the luxurious look of rosewood, or the ultimate grip of santoprene, we've got you covered! Like many of our blades, these commercial paring knives are available in a variety of colors to help you stay organized and prevent cross contamination. knife sharp paring great knives price blade cutting fruits handle

I like this knife, its got a long enough blade to be able to cut a lot with it. I tend to let the less experienced people use this knife because its safer and less scary than a chef knife but also still allows them to be able to chop items like potatoes, carrots, etc.

    Peeling potatoes

Exactly what we needed for our base kitchen. We wanted something inexpensive, yet still be able to withstand use over time. These paring knives are just that-great value for the price. Easily sharpened and compact, we are happy with our knives!

I have a few of these paring knives for the bartenders to cut fruit and as general backup knives for the kitchen staff. They are simple low cost and effective

Typical sort of cheap paring knife. It does get the job done so I am not unhappy with it, but there are better options out there.

If you are looking for an inexpensive and medium quality pairing knife this is a good choice. The low price makes this knife a good value. The handle is easy to grip and the blade in decently sharp. If you have a busy kitchen and you want to save some money on paring knives these are a good option.

I actually tried to purchase more of the 3" paring knives I had purchased previously but i think these got substituted or maybe it was my error. Either way, they are great and very strong. Perfect for the mega sized lemons I have been getting these days. Stay sharp for long time. I sharpen every month.

This is a really decent forms long perry knife it has a nice point on it really decent comfortable handle and it's really sharp right out of the package

Good economical price for the restaurant

These knives come really sharp, but don't seem to hold an edge very long. Even after running them on the steel, they feel like they have to be stone sharpened.

    from canton village Posted on

this is a pretty mediocre knife. the edges of the blade have an intense burr so its very rough and doesn't cut particularly well. it will work in a pinch but im going to look around for a better made product

this is a very basic knife for basic tasks

I don't use the 4' pairing knife all the time but when I do it is a great knife. Easy to work with, sharp and easy to clean. Also, you can't beat the price.

This knife, even though priced rather low, is still a good knife. I have used it a lot and it is still in my kitchen and still usable. It's great for cutting fruits and vegetables and it stays sharp for a rather decent amount of time. I will buy more when needed.
