I like this knife, its got a long enough blade to be able to cut a lot with it. I tend to let the less experienced people use this knife because its safer and less scary than a chef knife but also still allows them to be able to chop items like potatoes, carrots, etc.

Exactly what we needed for our base kitchen. We wanted something inexpensive, yet still be able to withstand use over time. These paring knives are just that-great value for the price. Easily sharpened and compact, we are happy with our knives!

I couldn't ask for more. This knife is well made and long lasting. The blade is sharp and firm and it is dishwasher safe. I would definitely purchase this again.

I have a few of these paring knives for the bartenders to cut fruit and as general backup knives for the kitchen staff. They are simple low cost and effective

Typical sort of cheap paring knife. It does get the job done so I am not unhappy with it, but there are better options out there.

If you are looking for an inexpensive and medium quality pairing knife this is a good choice. The low price makes this knife a good value. The handle is easy to grip and the blade in decently sharp. If you have a busy kitchen and you want to save some money on paring knives these are a good option.

This knife provides us with sharp cutting our bananas and other items. We love how accurate the cuts are and how comfortable it is to hold.

I actually tried to purchase more of the 3" paring knives I had purchased previously but i think these got substituted or maybe it was my error. Either way, they are great and very strong. Perfect for the mega sized lemons I have been getting these days. Stay sharp for long time. I sharpen every month.

This is a really decent forms long perry knife it has a nice point on it really decent comfortable handle and it's really sharp right out of the package

These knives come really sharp, but don't seem to hold an edge very long. Even after running them on the steel, they feel like they have to be stone sharpened.
Chen T. from canton village Posted on 07/17/2017
this is a pretty mediocre knife. the edges of the blade have an intense burr so its very rough and doesn't cut particularly well. it will work in a pinch but im going to look around for a better made product

I don't use the 4' pairing knife all the time but when I do it is a great knife. Easy to work with, sharp and easy to clean. Also, you can't beat the price.

This knife, even though priced rather low, is still a good knife. I have used it a lot and it is still in my kitchen and still usable. It's great for cutting fruits and vegetables and it stays sharp for a rather decent amount of time. I will buy more when needed.

Great little knife for cutting fruit in preparation for bar service. Stays nice and sharp well. We like to keep a couple of these handy.

This paring knife is perfect for cutting small vegetables. Very sharp and feels of good quality. When a chefs knife is just to big this knife comes in handy.

After a year, these knives are still sharp and do their job well! They are the perfect size for cutting things like fruit/cakes that don't need a large butcher knife
