Whether needed in your personal or commercial kitchen or needed for table top service, this clam knife will make your staff's or your guest's experience much more enjoyable and safe!

We always carry a clam knife in our gear. This 3" knife features a wooden handle and stainless steel knife to ensure durability and strength. Although the knife makes it much easier to open clams, we suggest wearing hand protection just in case you slip and miss you will not get injured. We also suggest hand washing this item. It will keep the wood looking new and the knife in the best condition.

    Chops nicely

I use the three inch stainless steel clam knife with riveted wooden handle on a regular basis, even for oysters. It is a great size for prying open fresh clam and oyster shells, but I was really impressed at how safe the knife felt as it did not slip once out of my hand. Works well, great solid construction, not too heavy and easy to order.

I have also found this clam knife to be a safe alternative to a butter knife for a table with children.

I don't think a stainless steel clam knife exists anywhere at a better value! This thing is tough. I've used it daily for 3 months without even a thought that would make me lose confidence in it.

I've only used this twice since I don't prepare clams that often, but I was pleased the few times I used it. It's very simple to use, and I think the wood handle looks good.

this is a good all around clam knife. it has a good wooden grip and thin blade profile. they're cheap enough that you don't have to be too careful with them, but sturdy enough to last.

This clam shucker is great for opening clams up on the half shell. It has a beautiful wooden handle which looks great behind an open raw bar.

The 3" Stainless Steel Clam Knife with Riveted Wood Handle can be used not only for clams but also for cutting meatballs. I was able to cut meatballs in nice bite size pieces for the little ones.

Knife has a nice appearance and is quality made. for the price you cannot beat buying numerous ones. i highly recommend this product for anyone needing a clam knife. works well.

I highly recommend this knife. It's perfectly designed and the steel quality was good. When I first questioned the need for a clam knife versus just having an oyster knife, I quickly saw why they have variations. For the price, you cannot go wrong.
