We also carry customizable machines that allow you to create ultra-fine spaghetti, ribbon edged trenette, and thick papperdelle noodles for a variety of iconic Italian dishes.

Use your pasta machine to adjust the thickness of your noodles, so you can make long-cut ziti, ribbon-cut lasagna noodles, or short-cut macaroni tubes.
