Customer questions about this product
- What is the difference between a disher and an ice cream scoop?
- Dishers are designed to control servings of soft foods, such as mashed potatoes, applesauce, or steamed vegetables. Although these are not meant for harder foods, such as ice cream, they are versatile tools that can be used for portion control in both prep and service applications. Ice cream scoops offer the durability necessary to scoop hard, frozen foods, such as ice cream. Both are traditionally sized by the number of scoops per quart that they can produce; however, they may also be sized by the number of ounces they hold. Dishers feature an easy-to-operate thumb press or squeeze-handle design, complete with a quick-release component that ensures no food is unintentionally left behind in the scoop. Ice cream scoops on the other hand, do not feature any movable components.
Get a handle on your portion control with the Zeroll 2100 Orange #100 Universal EZ disher. With its easy hand squeeze design and accurate portions, this disher is ideal for cafeterias, restaurants, and diners.
The Zeroll 2100 #100 Orange disher is made of stainless steel with a sturdy, plastic handle. The innovative "spring-less" design means you'll never have to replace spare parts and springs for your disher. Plus, Zeroll Universal EZ dishers are color-coded for easier size identification, and cross contamination prevention.

We have tons of these in our kitchen and use them just as much for prep as for service. Love the plastic handle, makes it easier on the hands after a day's work.

This is a very small scoop, but if your making appetizers you'll want a few of this size, it's perfect for small portions. A+ product!

This scoop is the perfect size when preparing samples - we use it to make samples of our veggie burgers. Sturdy, easy to use and clean.

This disher is great quality and the price is not to bad either. The work better on most items compared to the thumb dishers. Will definitely buy more!!

Absolutely love these. We were using the regular spring-fed dishers and these are so much better. The old ones would leak when removed from the rinse cup (we scoop Italian ice samples) and these don't do that. There is no place for the rinse water to go. So much easier on the hands, too. We've changed all our dishers to the Zeroll.

Wow I paid twice the amount for this scooper at a store.. I use this scooper for my filling in my peanut butter cookies. It has helped me so much because I cut my prepping time in half and they are more unified. They look more professionally made. I will now always look at webstaurant first before I purchase anything. Lesson learned!

Perfect answer to making small cookies, without the endless rolling into balls! We also used this to scoop peanutbutter balls for buckeyes candy. Can use right-handed or left-handed; very easy to squeeze, and easy to clean.
