This wooden cutting board and slicer knife kit is ideal for carving stations and kitchen meat preparation. With an assortment of slicer knives, you can slice any type of meat, poultry, or seafood.

Your customers will be drawn to your carving station by the slicer knive's attractive, riveted rosewood handles.

The kit also features an 18" x 24" wood cutting board that is electronically bonded into solid units of edge grain maple and finished with natural oils.

The kit includes one 18" x 24" x 1 3/4" wooden cutting board, one 12" serrated roast beef slicer with rosewood handle, one 12" ham slicer with rosewood handle, and one 12" slicer knife with rosewood handle.
