Featuring a self-regulating low pressure system, this fryer gives you the fast results of a high pressure fryer, but with a fraction of the effort. This high efficiency unit can go 20 - 30 cook cycles at a time without filtration, extending shortening life and ensuring that you spend more time frying up customer favorites, not changing the oil. Its easy to use microprocessor controls allow you to choose from 8 channels, 6 temperatures, and plenty of time settings, and they will never require calibration for accuracy.
