This warmer's innovative CVAP technology gives you precise control over both the temperature and the moisture level inside the unit via two key control sets, ensuring that crisp foods stay crisp, moist foods stay moist, and everything in between. Additionally, each drawer can hold up to 20lbs. of food and the warmer's insulated, stainless steel construction is sure to provide years of reliable use.
