Its innovative CVAP technology gives you precise control over both the temperature and the moisture level inside the unit using two dial controls, ensuring that crisp foods stay crisp, moist foods stay moist, and everything in between. For applications where the door is opened and closed frequently, it also boasts a radial fan to help maintain internal temperatures and settings. Adjustable rack supports let you accommodate a wide range of pan configurations, and its insulated stainless steel cabinet provides durability and superior temperature retention.
