For high-capacity cooking, reheating, and holding, this Winston Industries CAT509/HA4507 stacked Thermalizer and holding cabinet offers double the convenience, equipped with both a half-size cook and hold oven and and a holding / proofing cabinet. Ideal for schools and cafeterias, this model's innovative CVAP technology keeps that fresh-from-the-oven flavor, even after food has been rethermed and held. Adjustable pan racks allow you to support a variety of pan configurations, and its insulated stainless steel cabinet provides superior durability and temperature retention. Each model features field-reversible door hinges; choose door hinge and caster / leg preference to customize installation for your needs. Choose voltage; cord and NEMA plugs included. CAT509 Half-Size Cook and Hold Oven:

- Holds up to (5) sheet pans or (10) steam table pans

- Auto water fill eliminates the need for frequent water refills to keep up with the demands of your busy kitchen

- Food texture dial with "proof," "very moist," "firm moist," and "crisp" settings

- UL Listed; 120V, 2320 watts, comes with a 7' cord and NEMA 5-20P plug
