With this Winston Industries 06411AD11 basket / pan dolly, it's easy to transport your pre-made foods from the packaging area to refrigerator / freezer storage, and out again for re-heating! This dolly accommodates up to 14 full size steam table pans or sheet pans, and varying combinations of Speedline wire baskets for maximum versatility. It is specifically designed to fit inside your CAT529-BD/BDR thermalizer cabinet, and also rolls into a HA4029-BDR holding cabinet so you can move items straight from rethermalization into holding. 5" casters (2 locking) provide easy mobility, and a double sided locking grate secures pans during transport.
