This unit is designed with commercial use in mind. It features a white powder-coated steel exterior and white aluminum interior. The exterior coating is peel- and chip-resistant for long-lasting use, while the interior features a stainless steel floor and is fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that helps provide structural rigidity and maintain internal temperatures. Plus, an illuminated exterior sign panel offers additional branding options (signs sold separately).

Glass Doors

The low-E double-pane, thermal insulated sliding glass doors provide excellent product visibility and are self-closing to help minimize energy waste. Plus, the sliding style door requires less clearance than a swinging door and is more out of the way for easier loading and unloading.

I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?

R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.
