The dual top plates on the WDG300T have a total cooking surface area of 17" x 9 1/4," with one side featuring flat plates and the other side featuring ribbed plates. Each plate is constructed of cast iron to heat evenly and add durability to your grill.

Adjustable Thermostat

Precisely control the cooking temperatures for your press with adjustable thermostats for each plate that go up to 570 degrees Fahrenheit.

Intuitive Controls

It has separate On / Off power switchs, adjustable temperature dials, and ready indicator lights for simple operation.

How can I properly care for cast iron surfaces?

In order to prevent unwanted build-up of oils, grease, and food, surfaces should be cleaned after use while still slightly warm. Harsh chemicals or scouring pads should not be used—only hot water and a cloth or sponge are needed. If some areas require extra cleaning, a mild scouring pad can be used.

Is it possible to change the type of grill plate on my panini grill from smooth to grooved, or vice versa?

No, the manufacturer does not recommend changing the grill plate type on your panini grill. In the event that a replacement plate is needed, the plate type must match the one currently on your grill.
