nice blender for very light use, do not try too make too many smoothies as we've had to replace ours 4 time because the motor keeps burning out.

Blender is really nice. Love the suction cups on the base to keep it from rumbling off. Motor isnt too loud and it made a silky smooth puree. Cant wait to make some smoothies.

This small bar blender sure does the job. Works great at an awesome price!!! I am actually buying another one with todays purchase. Nothing wrong with the old one, just want another one for busy times in my coffee shop.

These are extra heavy duty and do a great job of mixing up small batches of slushy beverages. Note that they have small capacity--might want to get extra carafes just in case.

As a bartender at the casino in Atlantic City i love this blender. It works like magic and blends anything you put in it. Decided to purchase on for home and cant wait till it comes.

after my black and decker $40 blender from the local supermegastore died, four months after i brought it home, i decided i needed something heavier duty to stand up to the smoothies i make daily. ice cubes fresh fruit yogurt fcoj the first two are pretty tough i guess and i decided to get a bar blender. found this waring on amazon for $125. now usually i can't beat their price. but webstaurant had it for $70! i was sold. when i received the blender i was excited to put it together only to become confused by the collar design screwing to the container assembly and could not make it seal. dissatisfied i called webstaurant.com. a nice young lady was equally confused, having sold several of this model with no problem and referred me to the manufacturer, waring. another quick call and they immediately offered to ship me a new collar. i received the new collar and ... it was identical to the first. i had been screwing it on the wrong way. so i'm an idiot. but! i'm an idiot who admits when he is wrong and when properly assembled this thing is AWESOME. i am now enjoying the bounty of florida strawberries in smoothie form, with ice and fruit crushed happily and easily by my new blender. and believe me, i am going to use it a lot.
