Thanks to the 2/3 jacketed design, this kettle has a larger heat transfer surface area for more thorough cooking. With more even heating and precise temperature control, there is less need for frequent stirring or "pot watching."

The stainless steel mounting base includes lugs that allow you to bolt the unit to a countertop or floor stand.
