The Vollrath Professional Series 69524 dual hob drop in induction cooker range can accommodate induction ready pots or pans up to 12" in diameter. It features two remote digital displays with 3 foot cords, making it easy to mount the controls to your buffet table, self service area, or front of house cooking counter. The control panels require a 7 1/4" x 3 7/8" cutout.
Safety features such as a 180 minute timer, an empty pan cut off, a 3 hour auto shutoff, and dual commercial high flow fans help conserve energy and extend the life of the induction range.
