This Vollrath 84220 13 1/4" black, high- temperature solid spoon is heat resistant to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. It is ideal for non-stick cookware and will not scratch or tarnish surfaces. This spoon features an ergonomic handle that is comfortable and reduces hand fatigue and a one-piece construction is extremely durable and has no crevices to collect water or bacteria. It also has a built- in stopper notch that prevents utensils from sliding and textured surface on the handle that prevents slippage while in use. This spoon has the capacity clearly stamped on utensil for easy size identification. NSF Listed.

    When I got these spoons they felt stiff and heavy for mixing and baking, but they are awesome! So much better than the cheap, flimsy stuff retail stores sell. I would def buy these again.

    These spoons are so handy and friendly to the non stick surface fry pans. The hi heat resistance is a plus. Light weight, easy to clean and sturdy( not scratched easily) help me to get the job done right and fast every time.

    I was very surprised at how heavy duty this spoon is for how little I payed! You'll pay twice as much at your local discount store for a spoon that your help would break in a week! Thank-you webstaurant for providing such outstanding value! Foodservice is a very tough business and you have to watch your expenses.
