This Vollrath 84220 13 1/4" black, high- temperature solid spoon is heat resistant to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. It is ideal for non-stick cookware and will not scratch or tarnish surfaces. This spoon features an ergonomic handle that is comfortable and reduces hand fatigue and a one-piece construction is extremely durable and has no crevices to collect water or bacteria. It also has a built- in stopper notch that prevents utensils from sliding and textured surface on the handle that prevents slippage while in use. This spoon has the capacity clearly stamped on utensil for easy size identification.
