Ideal for keeping food warm at almost any location, the Vollrath 72687019 Cayenne 48" strip warmer is a powerful, versatile addition to any foodservice business! This strip warmer features 1100 watts of power and comes with a front toggle switch to make it easy to turn on and off throughout the day. The aluminum heater housing is designed to supply maximum durability with minimal weight, and the adjustable anodized aluminum reflector generates heat over a wide surface area to maintain food safe holding temperatures. The element is protected in a sheath to ensure long product life, and it is specially designed to disperse heat more effectively than conventional elements. For fast and easy access, the element's housing can be accessed by removing two small screws.

This Vollrath Cayenne 48" strip warmer is UL and NSF Listed and made in America. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
