Replace the pusher head assembly on your Vollrath 502N Redco Onion King with this Vollrath 515 3/8" pusher block! This pusher block is designed to quickly replace the one that came with your unit so that you can continue to produce premium products with minimal downtime. When paired with the matching blade assembly (sold separately), you can convert the cut size on other Onion King models.
